Payments

All fees must be paid in the currencies listed on the Website. Customers are responsible for any exchange rate differences or additional charges incurred if payment is made in a currency not supported or approved by the Company. Payments must be completed using the methods specified on the Website, and fees are considered paid only when the full amount is received by the Company. Any transaction costs, including but not limited to processing fees or currency conversion charges, are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Refunds Post-Purchase

Customers have the ability to “try before you buy” as noted above, allowing the customer to fully experience and understand what to expect prior to purchasing a Tycoon Funded Product. Trading credentials will be emailed to the Customer once a purchase occurs on the Tycoon Funded website. All sales are final after the Customer initiates any trading activity using the applicable credentials. A trading activity includes but is not limited to, placing trades, opening positions, or utilizing market data.

Refunds

At the sole discretion of Tycoon Funded, any refunds issued to customers are subject to a non-recoverable deduction of ___________ ($0.00). If a refund is approved by Tycoon Funded, ___________ ($0.00) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds will be processed and issued to the original payment method, and a confirmation email will be sent to the customer upon completion. Refunds will only be considered if the Customer does not initiate trading activity.

Acceptance of this Policy

It is the trader’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with this Refund Policy. The terms of this Refund Policy, together with our Evaluation Terms and Conditions, are incorporated into the trader’s contract with us for the purchase of Tycoon Funded Evaluations. By placing an order for the purchase of any Tycoon Funded Evaluation, the trader indicates they have read this Refund Policy and they agree with and fully accept the terms of this Refund Policy. If trader does not agree with or fully accept the terms of this Refund Policy, trader is prohibited from placing an order with Tycoon Funded. Chargebacks

Trader expressly agrees not to make any chargeback claims on any payments made to Tycoon Funded, whether by way of credit card or any other payment channel, without first contacting Tycoon Funded. In any such situation, trader expressly agrees to provide Tycoon Funded with full details relating to the intended chargeback claim. If trader makes a chargeback claim, Tycoon Funded shall at all times be entitled to suspend any Membership Accounts or Evaluation Accounts that trader may hold and suspend the payments of any profit split payments from such accounts to trader. If trader makes a chargeback claim, Tycoon Funded shall be entitled to recover from trader any amounts paid by Tycoon Funded to trader in respect of any Membership Accounts or Evaluation Accounts trader may hold, including but not limited to any and all profit split payments. If trader makes a chargeback claim whether successful or not, trader expressly agrees to pay for all costs incurred by Tycoon Funded in respect of defending such chargeback claims, including but not limited to all legal fees.

Account Cancellation

Cancellation Process: To initiate cancellation of your account with Tycoon Funded, you must submit a written request via email to help@tycoonfunded.com. Your cancellation request will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following receipt of the email.

Post-Cancellation Access: Upon cancellation, your access to all Tycoon Funded services, platforms, and resources will be terminated immediately.

Right to Terminate

Tycoon Funded retains the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate and deactivate traders’ accounts in the event of any breaches of the Terms of Use or violations of this Refund Policy, as well as any terms included herein or any terms incorporated by reference in relation to the agreements with Tycoon Funded. Such termination may result in the closure of the account, forfeiture of all funds and balances contained within those accounts and may also include potential prohibitions from accessing services offered by Tycoon Funded and its affiliates. Disputes

All disputes relating to this policy are governed by the dispute procedures set forth in the Tycoon Funded Terms of Use, which are incorporated by reference herein.

Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to update or change this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
